Advertising and PR Specialist – Marketing Team

  • As the Advertising and PR Specialist, you will support in the marketing team in creating content, work towards shaping the image of the brands created by Sai Lakshmi and its overall corporate image. You will be responsible for helping the brands communicate with its target audiences and work with mainstream/other media channels (including social media) to ensure target audience penetration. You should have hands on exposure to creating brand assets and develop media relations, seeking high level placements in mainstream/other media channels.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To work closely with the Marketing team at Sai Lakshmi, develop the brands and run the campaign communication.
  • To develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budgets and tactics
  • To create and manage Advertising concepts, campaigns, along with content for both creative and copy.
  • To manage content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations.
  • To coordinate all public relations activities and leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
  • To identify and work with influencers based on verticals.
  • To manage media inquiries and interview requests, leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within industry and media
  • To engage target audiences by utilizing the digital marketing and social media teams.
  • To monitor, analyse and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.
  • Qualifications:
  • Preferred with 7-9 years of work experience
  • Bachelors in Journalism, PR, Marketing or related field
  • MA in Advertising and Public Relations

Graphic Designer – Marketing Team

  • As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for understanding the requirements from various stakeholders of the marketing team and other internal stakeholders, visualize and creating graphics including and illustrations, logos, layouts and photos as required from time to time.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To execute all creatives based on leads from the Visual Communications Designer.
  • To create all the visual content necessary for the Website, including Banners, Displays, Merchandising images, Blog Posts, Brochures and so on
  • To propose ideas/mood boards and create visuals for all social media (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube) - Posts, Stories, Ad creatives, Reels, Shorts, Thumbnails - based on confirmed themes.
  • To create all the brand collaterals including lookbook, line sheets, brand deck, landlord deck, coffee table book, other decks, Brand videos, etc, based on guidelines.
  • To design the necessary collaterals for events including displays, invitations, save the date/Thank you cards, etc.
  • To propose options for packaging design based on nomenclature guidelines.
  • To create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
  • To keeps yourself updated on the New Season launches and accordingly develops the display designs.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.

Visual Merchandiser – Marketing Team

  • As the Visual Merchandiser, you will work with the stores across geographies and help placement of products such that it best captures the attention of the buyer. You will also coordinate with the Boutique Manager on how to provide customers with the best in-store experience. VM should ensure that window shoppers are converted into customers.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
  • To create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
  • To produce window displays, signs, interior displays, and special promotions displays.
  • To identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result.
  • To act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market.
  • To monitor costs and work within budget.
  • To keeps himself/herself updated about the New Season launches and accordingly develops the display designs.
  • To liaise with teams about buying, design and marketing to create design themes and plans, often months in advance, including window and in-store displays, signage and pricing concepts.
  • Should have exposure to Product Shoots and in preparing and maintaining Line Sheet of the products.
  • Qualifications:
  • Preferred with 5-7 years of work experience
  • Must have exposure to International Brands
