This unit having an installed production capacity of approximately 13 million meters  per  annum   comprises   of  the  latest  in  preparatory & weaving technology, listed below:
WARPING PLANT  BENNINGER - SWITZERLAND
SIZING PLANT  BENNINGER - ZELL GERMANY
AIR-JET LOOMS  PICANOL - BELGIUM 72 Nos.
SHEARING & CROPPING  M-TEC - GERMANY
AUTOMATIC INSPECTION  ELBIT VISION SYSTEM - ISRAEL
WARP PREPARATORY  TODO - JAPAN
HUMIDIFICATION  LUWA - SWITZERLAND
OVERHEAD CLEANERS  ELECTROJET - SPAIN

The Direct Warper from  Benninger apart from  being the regular warper  that it is supposed  to be, has a special  feature called the  Ben-Vac or the Vacuum Suction System integrated into its operation, to ensure that all the fluff and fibres generated during the process are sucked  into strategically located vacuum slots and the resulting warp sheet is delivered free of neps / hairiness / loose fibres, ready for sizing.

Ben-V Creel

The Benninger-Zell sizing machine like its predecessor has a  special feature by way of a pre-wetting unit that wets the entire warp sheet before sizing, rendering it absorbent to facilitate a uniform size pick up across and along the entire warp sheet.

The Omniplus looms (72 nos) from Picanol, Belgium are the latest from their stable  in air-jet  weaving  technology, having a patented single Direct Drive Motor called the "Sumo" and a single shaft that drives all the loom motions, substantially reducing the number of mechanical moving parts, thereby minimizing normal wear and tear cycles and their consequential down times.

The machine attains Max. possible  speed  from  the word  'GO',  which     means elimination of 'START / STOP' marks
The speed is variable even during operation, which means no stoppages    leading to 'HIGHER PRODUCTIVITY & EFFICIENCY'
Settings from a particular loom, can be copied to all the other looms -    STANDARDISATION & HOMOGENEITY of the End-Product.

To support the above  operations, the entire plant is humidified by Luwa, specialists in air management, with a unique feature called the Loomsphere, whereby the humidified air ducts are positioned directly on the warp to ensure that the humidity on the warp sheet is constantly maintained  at 80%, maximizing yarn strength and  loom performance - productivity - efficiency. The  Overhead Travelling Cleaners from Electrojet ensure that the loom shed  is maintained  free  of fluff  and loose fibres that so often get embedded into the greige fabrics being woven, rendering them neppy and poor in appearance.

The "Cherry on Top" of course are the Automatic Inspection Systems from EVS - Israel, both  in the Weaving and Processing Plants, a detailed description of which is given in the later part of this section.
